INTUITIVE TEACHING

We teach from the heart. Embracing the power of intuition, our instructors lead with authenticity, adapting to the energy of each class and guiding our community through personalised, enriching practices.

I found yoga in 2014, as a student using a basic yoga video bought on sale. I came to yoga expecting nothing and have received everything in return. The corners of my mat have become the space where I return to myself.

Yoga, for me, is an invitation to move within, discover your inner world, and it will show you what you need to see in that moment, make you feel what you need to feel. Yoga meets you where you are at.

My classes are vinyasa practices that hold space for your inner journey. Through breath and movement, you will drop out of your head and into your body – these classes are an invitation to return home.

Hi there! My name is Melissa and I’ve been guiding people on their yoga journeys for nearly a decade now.

My passion lies in teaching heated vinyasa classes that foster a deep mind-body connection in a way that allows your whole being to slow down in between the busyness of life. My classes are designed to be accessible and welcoming to all.

I look forward to meeting you on your mats.

When I first started practicing Yoga I was the complete opposite of health and wellness, never mind inner peace or happiness. It’s been my personal path to creating a life of balance, health, vitality and dynamism but at the same time deep inner peace. I’m on a mission to relentlessly remind you of your inner and outer strength and ability to create well-being in the deepest of ways by practicing Yoga together. Yoga is really a science of creating our best selves.

In classes I draw wisdom from ancient Yogic teachings and modern science, offering sweaty and challenging classes but at the same time embracing our gentle, nurturing sides so that Yoga can be healing and not damaging! Expect some light heartedness too because we really don’t need to take ourselves so seriously. My classes are open to people of all levels, you don’t have to be flexible to practice Yoga, all you have to be is willing.

Guys don’t sleep on this Yoga either, I was hesitant at first too but it’s proper. See you on your mat!

If there is one guarantee in life, it is that life will hand you a continuous stream of experiences. To improve the quality of your life, you can either try to change the experience (which is often out of our control) or you can change the one who is experiencing.

This is the foundation on which my personal yoga practice rests, and with which I hold space for students in class - using yoga as a powerful catalyst for personal transformation.

My name is Magdarie and I am a 500hr advanced trained yoga teacher and mentor with over 10 years teaching experience. I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and facilitate sound healing journeys.

If you have a body, it should be moved! And move we will. My classes range from strong to super restorative, adapted to each person / groups’ needs.

I hope to lead you through practice soon!

Sushmitha is an Ashtanga Yoga Teacher from Chennai, India with over a decade of practice and teaching experience under her belt. She honed her skills in this ancient art from an early age – living in ashrams and studying yoga in a broad sense, but later went on to formalize her training in Hatha Yoga alongside a degree in Western Philosophy. She is a 500HR (RYT) and 200HR (AYI) certified teacher, and has spent several months in Mysore, studying directly under Sharath Jois, the foremost authority on Ashtanga today.

At the age of 23, she traveled across East Africa to work for an NGO to deliver yoga training to refugee women, children and working professionals alike. She has been featured in national newspapers for her work and has programs on major TV service providers like Tata Sky Fitness and Dish TV back home, and has recently moved to South Africa, to continue learning and sharing her love for yoga.

I believe fitness should be simple, effective, and empowering. As a certified Yoga Teacher (YTT) and having had the privilege of training under my sister, Jenni Rivett — internationally recognized  fitness expert and former personal trainer to HRH Princess Diana.

Through Jenni’s renowned program, I’ve developed a style of training that blends strength, mobility, heart-rate intensity, flexibility, and bone density work into quick, time-efficient workouts. My goal is to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more resilient — without needing hours in the gym.

For me, fitness isn’t just about the workout; it’s about creating sustainable routines that leave you energised, confident, and ready to thrive in everyday life.

I was first introduced to yoga in 2016 and was immediately drawn to its calming effects on my mind and body.

To me, yoga incorporates creativity, fluidity, strength and mobility – creating a safe space from the moment I step onto my mat and allowing me to discover myself throughout each practice.

I invite you to come and experience the duality of movement and the illusion of stillness with me, ultimately finding your own flow.

Hi there! I’m Timera, and I’ll be guiding a Pilates-inspired class designed to build strength from the inside out.

My classes are held in a gently heated room and focus on developing core strength, balance, and body awareness—while weaving in mindfulness and integration of mind and body. Every session is crafted to challenge you while leaving you grounded, centred, and energised.

These classes are open to both men and women, and all levels are welcome.

I look forward to seeing you on the mat!
