Service Description

It is in the peaceful right here and right now that we find well-being and answers. Increasing evidence shows that meditation enhances well-being and quality of life. You can experience reduced stress and anxiety, improved physical and emotional well-being, more self-awareness, increased attention span, sleep and immunity, regulated blood pressure, and a calmer mind to welcome more and clearer solutions. In this non-religious guided meditation, we practice visualisation, progressive relaxation, and mindfulness. Classes are easy to follow, and no prior knowledge or experience is required. All you truly need in this class is you and your mat. Show up - Just as you are.
