We advise having practiced vinyasa yoga before and having a general understanding of postures, however there are no requirements for the course. If you find yourself reading this with an eagerness to learn more about yoga and feel drawn to its practice, then you’re the perfect fit.

During the course, you will be required to attend lectures on Fridays, 6:30-8:30pm, Saturdays, 10am-5pm and Sundays 7:30am-3:30pm on lecture weekends. These lectures will include two vinyasa yoga classes that are compulsory to attend.

Outside of lecture hours our requirements include two extra vinyasa classes a week – these can be done in a yoga studio or on an online platform, a sadhana journal with an hour logged each week and two hours of anatomy self-study weekly. There are also additional compulsory reading materials as well as recommended reading materials for the course which will be given to you before the start of the training.

PAYMENT
- Tuition fee for the course is R25 000, this includes all textbooks, compulsory reading material, a sadhana journal and access to Manifest Online for the duration of the training. Payment plans are available from date of sign up with the full amount due by the start of the teacher training.

SCHOLARSHIPS
- We are offering two full scholarships to two in-need students, please email

JOINING A SECTION
- Students have an option to join for a portion of the training. Contact us to enquire about dates and times for sections of the training.
Yoga Philosophy – R8000 including a textbook, all lectures, a final exam and a 30-hour yoga philosophy certification.

Yoga Anatomy – R8000 including a textbook, all lectures, one hour of self-study a week, a final exam and a 40-hour yoga anatomy certification.
The Art of Teaching Vinyasa – R12 000 including a textbook, all lectures, practice teaching, a final exam and a 70-hour art of teaching vinyasa certification.

JOINING A LECTURE
- Students have an option to join for lectures on the training. This will not include
textbooks, exams or a certification. Contact us to enquire about joining a lecture or visit our YTT highlight on Instagram to view a list of lectures, dates and pricing.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- A non-refundable deposit of R4167 is due to secure your space for the teacher training. If this is unpaid your space is not secured and may be given to another student.
100% attendance to all lectures is required to pass the training, this includes the classes during lecture hours.
100% completion of all requirements outside of lecture hours, this includes two vinyasa classes a week, one hour of anatomy a week and one hour of sadhana a week.
100% completion of any homework and assignments.
Cancellations up to 4 weeks before the start of the training will be given a full refund, excluding the deposit. Any cancellations thereafter will not be refunded.
The full amount for the teacher training is due by the start of the training, this is a requirement for graduation.
A pass mark of 80% is required for the anatomy, theory and practical exams in order to be certified.
