Move For A Cause

Join us for a special yoga session dedicated to raising awareness for Breast Cancer! Let’s come together as a community to support, honor, and celebrate the strength of those affected by breast cancer. This class is open to all levels - from those undergoing treatment to survivors & caregivers, so bring your mat, a friend, and lots of positive energy!

All proceeds will be donated to The Pink Drive to support breast cancer research and awareness. Let’s stretch, breathe, and move for a cause! 🌸

Ground and Release Class (Metastic breast cancer day)

This 60min mat class explores movement through the upper body. We create opportunities to find ease and release through the tissues and fluids of the head, neck, shoulders and torso.  The sequence is tidal in nature to emphasize the rhythmic nature of fluid movement.
