Mommy & Me: Mother's Day

Join us for this unique Mommy & Me Yoga Class where we celebrate the incredible connection between mother and child!

This interactive session is designed for moms (or grannies / aunties / caregivers) and their little ones to explore this bond through playful poses and peaceful moments. It blends gentle movement, calming breathwork, and mindfulness in a fun, supportive environment.
