Join us for a rejuvenating journey of connection and wellness in our Mommy and Me Yoga Workshop! In honour of Mothers Day and designed for mothers and their little ones, this workshop offers a nurturing space where you can deepen your bond through the practice of yoga & mindfulness.
Led by experienced instructor Cara of OMtots, the workshop takes you on a yoga adventure with playful activities suitable for both moms and babes. You'll experience the joy of movement alongside your little one, fostering a sense of harmony and well-being together.
