Service Description

Welcome to an introductory Soma breathwork session! In this class, you will be guided through the fundamentals of breathwork, an ancient practice that harnesses the power of conscious breathing to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being. We’ll begin with a brief overview of the history and science behind breathwork, exploring how different techniques can influence the body’s stress response, improve oxygenation, and promote relaxation. The session will be guided throughout and include practical exercises to help you connect with your breath and develop greater awareness of your breathing patterns. Throughout the session, you’ll be encouraged to tune into your body, noticing any sensations or emotions that arise, and to approach the practice with an open and non-judgmental mindset. We will conclude with a guided relaxation exercise to help integrate the experience and leave you feeling refreshed and centered. This introduction to breathwork is suitable for all levels, whether you are new to the practice or looking to deepen your existing knowledge. Come prepared to breathe deeply, release tension, and discover the transformative potential of mindful breathing.
